These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fastimage.app website and image editor (the "Service"), operated by fastimage.app ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service
The Service is a browser-based image editor provided free of charge. We may add, change or remove features at any time. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you create with it.
2. No account needed
You can use the editor without registering or signing in. Because there are no accounts, you are responsible for saving and keeping copies of your own work (for example by exporting a PNG or saving a project file).
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the images and other content you create or edit using the Service. The editor runs in your browser, so editing takes place on your own device.
4. Data we collect and how we may use it
When you use the Service, we and our partners may collect technical and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy (for example, device, browser, approximate location and usage information, and identifiers stored in cookies).
Where required by applicable law, our collection and use of personal data is subject to the rights and choices described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Advertising
The Service is supported by advertising. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we and our partners may display ads and use cookies and similar technologies to measure and personalise advertising, including retargeting, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create or distribute unlawful, infringing, harmful or abusive content;
- Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any data or work will be preserved. You are responsible for backing up your own work.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, work, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
10. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms, at any time. When we update these Terms we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory local consumer law applies to you.
